Blue Shoe Guys Client Relationship Associate (Remote)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Client Relationship Associate to join our awesome sales team! As our Client Relationship Associate your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into long-term subscribers for our products. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Find prospects and leads
• Learn details about our products 
• Understand all the prospects’ needs, problems or wants
• Explain how our products align with their pain points
• Develop marketing campaigns and emails
• Identify buyer persona profiles
• Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
• Lead sales meetings on Zoom
• Identify most important sales KPIs
• Maintain active relationships with clients
• Track and monitor your work and present reports when needed
• Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices 
• Report to management team  

Ideal Requirements and Qualifications 

• 0-2 years of experience working as a Client Relationship Associate or similar role in sales
• Self-starter capable of setting and achieving ambitious goals 
• Proficient observer and quick learner with entrepreneurial spirit
• Charismatic and amiable persona who draws people in
• Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
• Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field highly preferred
